A buyer can request review for their own confirmed purchase from the buyer library. The request stays linked to that purchase.

A request is not a refund
Oddharbor saves one refund request per purchase with the status Pending staff review. Submitting a request does not issue a refund. Oddharbor does not promise a particular outcome or a review timeline.
02 · Staff review
Staff record a verified payment result
Authorized Oddharbor staff record Full refund confirmed or No refund issued only after checking the payment owner’s Stripe Payments dashboard. The app records the verified result; the request form does not issue a refund.
- Full refund confirmed: access is revoked only for the purchase linked to that request.
- No refund issued: access continues to follow the terms saved with that purchase and its current entitlement check.
