Information used to run Oddharbor
This notice describes information the app collects and how the current product uses it.
01 · Information in the app
What the app records
- Account name and email, plus authentication-session cookies.
- Purchase and offer snapshots, amount, currency, billing interval, payment references and status, and the results of access checks.
- Support request message text linked to a buyer and purchase.
- Refund requests, their recorded outcomes, and payment references.
- Transactional-email delivery type, status, outcome, attempts, and timestamps.
The app stores order and payment references, not card numbers. Checkout and card payment processing are handled through Stripe.
02 · Purpose and services
Why those records are used
- Polsia authentication and database services support account access and saved records.
- Stripe supports checkout, subscription verification, and content-access checks.
- Private support and refund records let authorized staff review the linked purchase and record a verified payment outcome.
- Polsia email services send transactional messages and record their delivery state.
- Polsia usage analytics records page views when analytics is configured for the deploy.
03 · Usage analytics
When analytics is configured
When the deploy’s analytics slug is present, the site creates a random visitor ID, stores it in browser localStorage, and sends that ID with the site slug to Polsia’s page-view beacon. The beacon is not sent by this app component when the slug is absent.
